About Great Lakes Indoors
Great Lakes
Indoors was founded to provide products and services to those who suffer from
allergies, multiple chemical sensitivity disorder, and other environmental
illnesses.
These types of
illnesses are frequently mis-diagnosed, and when they are properly diagnosed,
often treated improperly. Frequently, sufferers have great difficulty in
managing even the most simple aspects of their lives, due to their extreme
sensitivity to products and chemicals encountered in every aspect of their daily
activities. Paint, cleaning solvents, synthetic fibers, and foods all
contribute to the potential for life threatening illness in those who suffer
from environmental illness.
Started by
Laurie Gordon, a mid-western Social Worker, who suffers from some of these same
ailments, Great Lakes Indoors exists to make solutions to these concerns more
readily available than they were when Ms. Gordon began researching her little
understood health issues.
Great Lakes Indoors will continue to
seek out and provide information and products aimed at easing the suffering of
those afflicted with these difficult to manage, but all too common, ailments.
